We attended the annual Jasper 4th of July Party at our friend's house. It's such a fun evening and they go all out to make sure the kids have a GREAT time! This year the festivities started off with a parade. The kids decorated their bikes and wagons and we rode around the block and ended at the party. Drew rode in his wagon for the first stretch of the parade, but ended up watching it from his stroller. Once at the party we enjoyed some great dinner, tons of toys, a pinata, snow cones, snaps, sparklers, and an AMAZING fireworks display. Even the rain didn't stop us from having a great time! Drew was a trooper and made it until bedtime. We put him to bed, but he woke up when the fireworks started. He sat on Mom's lap and then my lap clapping and pointing at all the fireworks. I'm so glad he's not scare of them! :) What a great day!
